This site was set up to show the general public this issues of corruption with senior members of Wigan Council and how they are backed up by governing bodies to disguise their fraudulent actions.
The issues of this case are the result of greed by the owners of Ashfield House Hotel, Standish, Wigan who had the Councils colluding Legal Department to assist owners of Ashfield House with deception and fraud for their once lucrative planning application. However, they had one problem, which was an on-going building with full planning permission hindering their lucrative planning application, which had to be annulled for Ashfield House Hotel’s planning application to be successful.
This resulted in the owners of Ashfield House Hotel, Wigan Council’s Legal Department and Planning Department colluding to fraud by the Council allowing Ashfield House Hotel’s owners to purchase part of the Council’s adopted highway including a numbered street light and electric supply for the grand sum of £1.00 (One Pound)! This was allowed to try and stop access for the on-going building.
Attached are documents, which will show their blatant fraud and the cover up by C.I.D. who state that this was a legal transaction. The true facts are that this was an illegal transaction and the shoddy police investigation, which was carried out by a Wigan C.I.D. Inspector has been proven that C.I.D. got it wrong with our overwhelming evidence but the police have chosen to ignore this evidence simply because it would expose the corruption in the Council and would also show the incompetence of Wigan C.I.D.’s first investigation.
